What is the cancellation policy if the cruise is cancelled due to Corona?

In the event of cancellations of cruise trips, we have made the following goodwill arrangement internally:

  • we convert the parking fee into a voucher valid until 31.12.2022
  • free rebooking
  • if you do not want a voucher/rebooking, we will refund 100%.

If you receive a cancellation from the shipping company, cancel the parking space by e-mail and choose from the options (please include IBAN for refund)  .

For all other cancellations, our cancellation policy according to the GTC will apply.
