Do you offer parking for the disabled?

The car parks at the Ostseekai Nord, Ostuferhafen LP1 and Norwegenkai terminals offer easily accessible parking spaces that can be booked via Port Parking and are also suitable for people with disabilities. Please contact our service staff at the entrance on the day of your arrival. They will allocate you a suitable parking space.

Due to the rental and administration costs we incur, we are unfortunately unable to provide these spaces free of charge. Please note that bookings can only be made online via our website www.portparking.de.

Note for AIDA guests: Parking spaces for the disabled at the Ostseekai Süd terminal can only be booked directly via AIDA Cruises.
