Do you offer parking for the disabled?

The car parks at the Ostseekai Nord, Ostuferhafen LP1 and Norwegenkai terminals offer barrier-free parking spaces that can be booked via www.portparking.de that are also suitable for people with disabilities. Please report to our service staff at the entrance on the day of your arrival. They will allocate you a suitable parking space.

Due to the rental and administration costs we incur, we are unfortunately unable to provide these spaces free of charge. Please note that bookings can only be made online via our website www.portparking.de.

Note for AIDA guests: Barrier-free parking spaces at the Ostseekai Süd terminal can only be booked directly via AIDA Cruises.
