I have booked a parking space directly through the shipping company - can I have my licence plate number changed by you?

Unfortunately, we are unable to update bookings made directly via the shipping company. The booking details are automatically transmitted on the day of arrival.

Please contact your shipping company so that your booking can be changed accordingly. If this is not possible, please register with our service team on the day of arrival using the originally booked licence plate number and your name.
