I have booked through the shipping company AIDA Cruises - will I receive a booking confirmation and/or invoice from you?

Unfortunately, we cannot send a booking confirmation / invoice for bookings made directly via AIDA. Your confirmation from AIDA is your valid document.

We receive the booking details of the arriving guests one day before arrival so that authorisation can be carried out on site by our service team.

As payment for the car park is made via AIDA, please contact AIDA Cruises directly if you have any questions.
