What do I have to do if my licence number has changed?
Before booking:
Book with your current licence plate number.
Once you have the new licence plate number, send us a short email to portparking@portofkiel.com stating the booking ID and the new licence plate number.
We will change the licence plate number in the system and send you a short confirmation of the change.
After booking:
Of course, you can also have the licence plate number of your car that you specify when booking changed at a later date.
Simply send us an email to portparking@portofkiel.com and we will enter the new licence plate number into the system.
